When food was ordered for pickup, it was a 30 minute wait. Recd text 20 min more. At pickup, waited 15 more for 65 minutes on 30 minute pickup. Wouldn’t tip if had known wait was so long.

They used spicy tuna in the tuna rolls and they gave me a different roll than the hot summer that I ordered.

Fish & chicken were very fresh. Gyoza was yummy. The sashimi meal was missing the miso soup. Otherwise all was well. We really appreciate they are using more recyclable and biodegradable packaging

The restaurant never confirmed my order so I show up to pick up my food and they told me my order was never received bad service at all

We paid for dinner price for the bento box, but the portions are for lunch price. So disappointed! We came here so many times but this was the worst time.

Overall the food is very tasty, but the hot food was cold. The wait time Beyond menu gave was too long. I could tell the food had been sitting there for a while,
